Farm vegetable soup with balls
Bring the broth to the boil. Knead the minced meat well with the bacon and the meatballs herbs and roll small balls of it.
Place the balls in the broth and lower the heat source. Foam the broth if necessary.
Add the carrot, broccoli and cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. Continue with the broad beans and cook for another 2 minutes. Finally add the spring onion and parsley and season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
