Cut crusts of cheese and cut into small cubes. Cut chives finely. Chop walnuts coarsely. Stir in yoghurt, walnut oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Put in cheese, walnuts and half of chives. Place two slices of bread on two plates. Spread the lamb lettuce and scoop cheese salad. Sprinkle the rest of chives over it.
