Boil the farro according to the instructions on the packaging and drain.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and the chicken into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the garlic and then immediately the spinach and some salt. Stir fry 2 min.

Spoon the spinach in a colander and let it drain until use.

Make the wokskenschoon and heat the olive oil in the cleaned wok. Stir fry the mushrooms with salt for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the farro and cook for 1 min. Add the chicken and the spinach and warm for another 2 minutes.

Sear the Parmesan cheese above, drizzle with hazelnut oil and serve. Yummy! .
