Fast Lentil Soup.
Bring the tomatoes, the water and the bouillon cube to a boil in a soup pot.
Meanwhile cut the chorizo into slices and then into cubes. Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Bake in a frying pan with non-stick coating the chorizo about 4 minutes. Fry the zucchini cubes for approx. 3 minutes.
Add the chorizo, zucchini and lentils to the soup and heat well.
Slice the parsley. Garnish the soup with the parsley.
