Cut the garlic into slices. Mix the steak tips with the vinegar, garlic and the spice mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a wok and defrost the vegetables, in two parts, about 5 minutes on high heat.

Put all the vegetables in the wok and add the tomatoes. Stew 5 minutes on low heat and season with pepper.

Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Let the steak tips drain in a colander and pick up the marinade.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the steak tips in about 5 minutes.

Spoon them with the marinade with the vegetables in the woks warm on high heat.

Divide the penne over plates and spoon the vegetable sauce with the steak on top.
