A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chilli beans (400 g), corn granules ((3 x 198 g), drained), vine tomatoes (in parts), taco shells, sunflower oil, beef strips (350 g), salsa sauce mild (300 g) and iceberg lettuce (200 g).

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Put the chili beans, corn and tomatoes in a bowl and spoon. Heat the taco shells in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 3 minutes with pepper and salt. Add the salsa sauce and warm for another 2 minutes.

Spread the warm taco shells over 4 plates. First divide the iceberg lettuce over the shells and then scoop the meat with the sauce in it. Serve with the bean salad. Tasty with sour cream (125 ml cup).
