Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Halve the tomatoes and fry them for 5 minutes. Then pour in the raisins.

Heat the oil in another frying pan. Fry the vegetable burgers in 4-6 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cut the basil coarsely. Spoon the penne with the basil through the tomatoes.

Add pepper and salt to taste. Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates and add a vegetable disk.
