Directions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Halve the tomatoes and fry them for 5 minutes. Then pour in the raisins.
  3. Heat the oil in another frying pan. Fry the vegetable burgers in 4-6 minutes until golden brown and done.
  4. Cut the basil coarsely. Spoon the penne with the basil through the tomatoes.
  5. Add pepper and salt to taste. Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates and add a vegetable disk.
