Kale stew with chorizo
Kale on his Spanish with potato, chorizo, garlic and paprika.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Cut the chorizo into pieces and finely chop the garlic. Cut the onion into half rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo for 4 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Remove the chorizo with a slotted spoon and set aside. Fruit in the remaining shortening the garlic 1 min.

Add onion and the paprika and fruit for 3 minutes.

Put the potato together with the stock at the onion. Bring to boil. Put the lid on the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the kale and simmer for 5 minutes without lid on the pan.

Add the chorizo, warm for another 2 minutes and serve.
