Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Finely chop the parsley.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for approx. 1 min. Add the pieces of chicken fillet and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked.

Add the mushrooms in parts and cook for about 3 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce with wine according to the instructions on the packaging.

Spoon the sauce through the chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Serve the baguette separately.
