Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and finely chop the herbs. Do this together with 75 ml of water in the blender. Mix everything at the highest setting to a smooth soup.
  2. Put the soup in a saucepan, bring to a boil and heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Season to taste with little salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Pour the soup into a bowl or mug and sprinkle over the cheese. Delicious with 1 slice of wholemeal bread smeared with margarine.
