Fast fresh tomato soup

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and finely chop the herbs. Do this together with 75 ml of water in the blender. Mix everything at the highest setting to a smooth soup.

Put the soup in a saucepan, bring to a boil and heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Season to taste with little salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pour the soup into a bowl or mug and sprinkle over the cheese. Delicious with 1 slice of wholemeal bread smeared with margarine.
