Fast goulash of metworst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, onions (in half rings), red peppers (in strips), peeled tomatoes ((a 400 g), finely chopped), dried oregano (pot a 10 g), Westphalian metworst (( a 400 g), in slices) and white rice (bag a 1 kg).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown, add the peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the canned tomatoes with the liquid and bring it to the boil.

Add the oregano and the metworst and fry the whole, covered, for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
