Fast lamb ragout
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, liquid margarine, lamb shreds à la minute (in pieces), flour, semi-skimmed milk, herbal stock, fresh parsley (finely chopped), carrots (in slices), snow peas (cleaned), garden peas (frozen) and wholemeal bread (uncut).

Pour large pan with water and 1 tsp salt to the boil.

Heat margarine in small casserole and lamb for 3 min.

Around brown bowls.

Remove the meat from the pan, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and keep warm.

Add flour to shortening, stir well and heat for 2 min.

Add milk and bouillon tablet and stir into a tied sauce.

Add parsley and meat and heat for 2 minutes.

Season the ragout with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, cooked carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Add last 2 min.

Pea pods and garden peas.

Cut bread into thick slices.

Serving the ragout with vegetables and bread..
