Boil the penne al dente and the peas according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, cook the asparagus broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.

Add the soy cuisine to the onion.

Drain the tuna and capers and add to the onion mixture. Heat 4 more minutes.

Drain the pasta and peas and mix with the tuna sauce and asparagus broccoli.
