Fast leek stir-fry dish


Quick wok dish with noodles, leeks, pork strips, bean sprouts and peanuts.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the pork strips around brown in about 3 minutes.
  3. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. If necessary, roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.
  4. Add the leeks and the pepper to the meat and stir-fry the whole for approx. 7 min. Scoop the kohljaddinadeen and stir in the bean sprouts and heat for 1 min.
  5. Serve with noodles and sprinkle with the peanuts.
