                                Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

                                Heat the oil in a wok and fry the pork strips around brown in about 3 minutes.
 - 
                                Cut the stalk of the red pepper. If necessary, roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.
 - 
                                Add the leeks and the pepper to the meat and stir-fry the whole for approx. 7 min. Scoop the kohljaddinadeen and stir in the bean sprouts and heat for 1 min.
 - 
                                Serve with noodles and sprinkle with the peanuts.
