Heat the noodles according to the instructions on the package in the microwave. Drain the corn and cut the bok choy into strips.

Cut the turkey into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the turkey strips for 2 minutes.

Add the paksoi and the corn and stir fry the vegetables in 3 min. Until crispy. Add the wok sauce and heat for 1 more minute.

Divide the noodles over the bowls. Spoon the turkey teriyaki on it.
