Beat the cream with a mixer almost stiff and mix with the chou and sugar.

Spoon the mixture into an (oven) dish and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Spread the cherries over the cream mixture. Spoon the mixture out of the dish with the bastogne cakes.
