Fennel salad with tomatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fennel bulb, cherry tomatoes (250 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), lemon juice and olive oil.

Halve 1 fennel bulb and remove the hard core.
