Directions

  1. Halve 1 fennel bulb and remove the hard core.
  2. Scrape or cut the pieces of fennel into wafer-thin strips.
  3. Halve 1 box of cherry tomatoes (250 g).
  4. In a bowl, mix the fennel with the to and 1 bag of lamb's lettuce (75 g).
  5. Season with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp olive oil, salt and (freshly ground) pepper..
