Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook with a little salt in 20 minutes until done.

Bake in a frying pan with non-stick coating the minced meat without oil or butter in 8 min. Free and brown.

Chop the onion and cut the pepper into pieces. Add both and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in the tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add with the butter to the potatoes. Stamp with the puree mash to puree. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Remove 2 leaves from the coals per person and cut out the thickest part of the grain.

Boil the leaves for 1 min. Rinse with cold water. Spread the puree over the leaves, scoop up the mince and roll up.
