Fillet steaks and apple
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pommes (duchesse (bag 750 g, freezer)), fillet steaks (a la minute (300 g)), dried rosemary, apple (eg braeburn), olive oil, honey, spinach (a 300 g) and nutmeg.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Place the frozen duchesse on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven in the oven for approx. 20 minutes in the middle of brown.

Sprinkle the filet patties with the rosemary and salt and pepper. Cut the unpeeled apple into quarters, remove the core and cut into segments.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat 2 min. Turn halfway. Add the apple and cook for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat, add the honey and heat for another 2 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a stir and add the spinach in parts. Stir fry 3 minutes and season with nutmeg, pepper and salt. Divide the duchesse and the meat with the apple over 4 plates. Serve the spinach in separate bowls.
