Fillet steaks in soy sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, filet steaks (a la minute (300 g)), Japanese soy sauce (bottle 150 ml), black beans (400 g), sunflower oil and bok choy (stems and leaf in strips).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Dab the meat dry with kitchen paper and brush with 2 tbsp soy sauce. Put the beans with the moisture in a saucepan and heat on low heat 10 min.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the fillet strips for 3 min. Turn halfway. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the paksoi 2 min. Season with the rest of the soy sauce.

Divide the rice and meat over 4 plates. Drain the beans in a sieve and scoop on the meat. Serve with the bok choy.
