Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the chicken cubes in about 8 minutes around golden brown.
  3. Fold open the filo pastry sheets, brush with butter and cut into quarters.
  4. Line the cavity molds with a slice of filo pastry. Then add another slice and press gently.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, spring onions and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill the filo dough trays with the chicken filling and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven, until the tarts are crispy and golden brown.
