Pack of filo pastry with tuna, white cheese, thyme, garden peas, tomatoes, cucumber and olives

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna. Let the white cheese cubes drain and collect the oil.
  2. Put the tuna, half of the white cheese cubes, the thyme, garden peas and pepper in the bowl of the food processor and grind in 30 seconds. to a coarse puree.
  3. Lay 2 sheets of filo dough together. Place ¼ of the tuna cheese mixture in the middle.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll the dough into an elongated package. Make 3 more packages. Press them down a little.
  5. Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan and fry the tuna packets over medium heat in 5 min. Around golden brown and crunchy. Times regularly.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into quarters and let the olives drain. Mix with the raw vegetables and 3 tbsp oil of the cheese cubes.
  7. Season with pepper and spread the rest of the cheese cubes over it. Serve with the tuna filo dough packets.
