Roasted meat skewers
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin, garlic, caraway seed, ground coriander (ketoembar), paprika powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and fresh parsley (chopped).

Cut the tenderloin into cubes of approx. 2 cm. Put the meat in the bowl. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Add caraway seeds, coriander, paprika powder, oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and marinate the meat covered in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Chop minced parsley. Stir meat with 8 satépicks (or skewers). Roast the meat in the grill pan for about 6 minutes until cooked and cooked. Spread parsley over meat skewers as a garnish.
