Directions

  1. Boil the asparagus in water with salt for 5 minutes and drain.
  2. Spread 2 sheets of filo pastry with some melted butter, place the rest of the sheets on top and also cover them with butter.
  3. Cut the filo pastry sheets in half and put a slice of cooked ham on each sheet. Put 2 asparagus on it and roll up the filo pastry.
  4. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the filo rolls around brown and crunchy. Serve them warm on small plates.
