Oriental spinach soup with coconut milk
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), red pepper (without seeds and strips), ready-to-cook spinach, chicken stock, coconut milk (400 ml), fresh coriander ((15 g), coarsely chopped), Japanese soy sauce and Thai fish sauce.

Heat oil in a soup pan and onion, garlic and pepper for 2 minutes.

Add spinach (keep 12 leaves for garnishing) and let it shrink in 2 minutes.

Dill the bouillon tablets over the pan.

Coconut milk and 6 dl of hot water.

Bring the soup to the boil while stirring.

Stir coriander through soup.

Soup the soup with a hand blender or in a food processor.

Season with soy sauce and fish sauce.

Soup into bowls and garnish with spinach leaves and possibly a breadstick..
