Fine mint peas
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oil, garden peas (extra fine (frozen)), lemon juice, fresh mint (chopped 8 mint leaves (bag of 15 g)), goat cheese ((Bettine Blanc) and finely crumbled).

Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan, add the frozen garden peas.

Scoop until the ice layer is just finished.

Season with the lemon juice, mint, salt and pepper.

Divide half of the peas over 8 glasses, sprinkle some goat cheese over it (keep 1 tablespoon separate).

Divide the rest of the peas over the goat's cheese and garnish with the rest of the cheese, some (freshly ground) pepper and a leaf of mint..
