A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oil, garden peas (extra fine (frozen)), lemon juice, fresh mint (chopped 8 mint leaves (bag of 15 g)), goat cheese ((Bettine Blanc) and finely crumbled).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan, add the frozen garden peas.
  2. Scoop until the ice layer is just finished.
  3. Season with the lemon juice, mint, salt and pepper.
  4. Divide half of the peas over 8 glasses, sprinkle some goat cheese over it (keep 1 tablespoon separate).
  5. Divide the rest of the peas over the goat's cheese and garnish with the rest of the cheese, some (freshly ground) pepper and a leaf of mint..
