Fish balls with caper gravy


A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet, shallots, parsley, flour, salt and pepper, butter and capers.

Directions

  1. Cut fish into pieces.
  2. Chop and shred scallops.
  3. Parsley finely cut.
  4. In the kitchen machine, fish with shallots, 2/3 of parsley and purée flour.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Turning balls of fish mixture (walnut size).
  7. Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan, bake fish balls for about 3 minutes around brown and cooked.
  8. Remove balls from the pan and keep warm.
  9. Allow the residual butter to melt on low heat, loosen loafs well.
  10. Mix the capers and rest of parsley with butter jus.
  11. Sprinkle gravy with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve with gratin potatoes and snow peas..
