Ingredients
- 400 gram whitefish fillet in blocks, thawed, as desired
- 1 big egg
- 2 little egg
- 100 gram potato flour
- Peanut oil to fry
- Sunflower oil to fry
- 2 clove garlic peeled
- 1 little green pepper in pieces, without seeds
- 1 little Red pepper in pieces, without seeds
- 5 broccoli bunch
- 15 gram coriander with stalks
- Teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoon strong green tea
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil

Directions

Dab the fish cubes dry. Beat the egg and beat with the potato flour and 2 tablespoons of water a smooth batter.

Pour the oil in a wok so that it is filled to 1/4. Heat the oil.

Take the fish cubes one by one through the batter and let them slide into the hot oil. Fry them until golden brown and let them drain on kitchen paper.

Puree the ingredients for the sauce. Bring the sauce to the boil and serve it with the fish cubes.
