Directions

  1. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the ginger. Halve the snow peas. Cut the spring onions into 3 cm pieces. Cut the fish into cubes of 4 cm.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic, ginger and curry powder for 1-2 minutes until it smells nice. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix the snow peas and spring onions with the curry and lay the pieces of salmon and cod in between. Heat the curry covered for 3-4 minutes until the fish and snow peas are done.
