Mussels with pickles sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, egg (hard-boiled), pickles, shallot (chopped), mayonnaise, yogurt, flat parsley ((20 g), leaf chopped), garlic, olive oil, onions (in rings) and dried Italian spices.

Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water. Remove damaged and exposed shells, these are not good. Drain.

Punch the egg and cut the pickles into small cubes (brunoise). Mix with 2 tbsp gherkin juice from the jar, the shallot, mayonnaise, yogurt and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a mussel or frying pan. Add the garlic, onion and Italian herbs and cook for 3 minutes. Add the mussels, cover and cook with the lid on the pan in 5-8 minutes until tender. Shake the pan regularly.

Remove the closed shells. Serve the mussels with the sauce. Tasty with fries and green beans.
