Fish marinated in lime
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet, limes, vine tomatoes (in small pieces) and shallot (chopped).

Wash the fish, pat dry and cut the fish into strips of 1 cm.

Cut 2 nice slices out of 2 limes each. Grab the lime slices in a piece of cling film and store them in the fridge until use. Squeeze out all the limes. In a bowl, mix the pieces of fish with the lime juice. Cover the bowl and marinate the fish in the fridge overnight.

Spoon the fish in a colander and rinse the fish with no more than 11/2 cups of water. Let the fish drain for a few minutes.

Mix the pieces of fish in a bowl with the pieces of tomato, shallot and some salt and pepper. Let everything marinate for another 30 minutes.

Divide the fish over 4 dishes or slices and garnish with a slice of lime. Tasty with warm toast.
