Tortelloni with fresh herbs and parmesan
Quick starter for the cherry dinner: fresh tortelloni with ricotta served with fresh herbs, lemon and cheese.

Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the herbs roughly, mix and divide ⅔ of them over deep plates.

Drain the pasta and spread the tortelloni over the plates with herbs. Sprinkle with the rest of the herbs.

Clean the lemon and grate some yellow skin over the pasta and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the pasta.

Scrape the Parmesan over it with a cheese slicer and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
