Fish packages with fennel and tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes ((400 g) drained), balsamic vinegar, liquid honey, tabasco, fennel, seaweed fillet (equal pieces and approx. 250 g).

Heat oil in pan and garlic 30 sec.

gently bake.

Add tomato cubes and heat for 1 min.

Add vinegar and honey and heat the sauce for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Season with tabasco and salt.

Meanwhile, cut fennel halve and core out.

Keep green apart.

Cut (or plan) fennel into very thin strips.

Place fennel in the middle of two sheets of parchment paper (about 40 x 50 cm).

Place the fish on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Create tomato sauce over fish.
-
Fold packages loosely around fish so that steam can circulate well.

Packets above steam in 12-15 min.

Cooking steam.

Place packages on a plate and open them at the table.
