Vegetable curry with egg

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the eggs almost hard in 6-8 minutes.

Cook the green beans for 3-5 minutes until done.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, cut the cabbages into quarters and cut away the hard stalk. Then cut the pieces of coal into thin strips.

Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion and the cabbage for 2-3 min.

Pour the green beans and scoop them through the vegetables. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and then pour in the tikka masala.

Warm the vegetable curry on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Peel the eggs and halve them.

Put the rice on the plates and spread the vegetable curry over it. Put the eggs on it.
