Fish packets
A delicious indonesian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, garlic, red pepper (stem starter removed), fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), ground turmeric, sambal bathrobe, sunflower oil, haddock fillet (in pieces), egg and coconut milk ( 200 ml).

Puree the shallots, garlic, red pepper, ginger, turmeric and sambal in the food processor into a boemboe. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the Bumbu spice 3 min. Allow to cool slightly in a bowl.

Add the fish, egg and salt to taste. Cut 4 pieces of baking paper of 30 x 30 cm. Put 1/4 of the mixture in the middle of each piece of paper. Divide the coconut milk over it and fold each package tightly (and papillotte).

Bring a bottom of water to the boil in a pan that fits the steam basket or sieve. Place the packets in the basket or sieve and steam them with the (pans) lid in 10 min. Until done. Tasty with coriander.
