Directions

  1. Slice the capers and the parsley.
  2. Mix with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, mustard and pickle cubes into a sauce.
  3. Cut the crusts of the bread and grid into the toaster. Cut the toast diagonally in half.
  4. Divide the salmon slices, trout fillet and Dutch shrimp over the plates.
  5. Serve with the remoulade sauce and toast.
