Focaccia-crostini with mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: (olive) oil, garlic (squeezed), focaccia (pre-baked bread (250 g)), shallots (finely chopped), mushroom melange ((200 g), in pieces), salt and (freshly ground) pepper , spicy cheese (eg grana padano), grated) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

In bowl, stir 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 cloves of garlic.

Focaccia cut into 8 slices.

Spread the slices with garlic oil and roast in oven in approx.
