Forest cups with crayfish
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, egg, flour, sour cream (cup a 125 m), spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in very fine rings), oil and crayfish (box a 100 g).

Beat the egg well with the flour and a tablespoon of sour cream. Add salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste. Stir in the spring onions; keep a few rings apart. Heat a small pancake pan and thinly coat with oil. Spoon a tablespoon of the forest mixture into each well, turn the small pancakes over when the egg is solidified and fry for 1 minute brown on the other side.

Spread each poffertje with a teaspoon of sour cream and place a crayfish on it and the rings of spring onions kept separate. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
