Fortunate sausage with mini-carts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Gelderse sausage, spring onions, (sunflower) oil, minikrieltjes (seasoned, 725 g) and Dutch stir-fry mix (a 400 g).

Cut sausage into cubes.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Fry 4 tbsp oil in large frying pan and bake for 8 min.

Last 2 min sausage softly frying.

Heat in wok rest of oil and vegetables and half of the spring onions stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Grow vegetables and potatoes with sausage together.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with spring onions..
