Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Brush a thawed sheet of filo pastry with some melted butter. Fold the sheet double and brush again with melted butter. Roll in a sausage here.
  4. Repeat for the other frankfurters and fry in approx. 20 min. Golden brown and crispy.
  5. Bon appétit! .
