Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Brush a thawed sheet of filo pastry with some melted butter. Fold the sheet double and brush again with melted butter. Roll in a sausage here.

Repeat for the other frankfurters and fry in approx. 20 min. Golden brown and crispy.
