French farmers omelette
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (diced), zucchini (diced), tomato cubes ((400 g), drained), eggs, camembert ((cheese, 240 g), in cubes) and dark wholemeal bread.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and fry onion, bell pepper and zucchini for 5 minutes.

Add tomato cubes and bake for another 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Keep vegetables warm on low heat.

Eat eggs with salt and pepper.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry omelet from quarter of egg mixture.

Soak another 3 omelets with the remainder of egg and oil.

Keep warm in aluminum foil.

Place omelets on four plates.

Create vegetables on the bottom half of omelets and distribute camembert.

Fold omelets over filling and serve with wholemeal bread..
