Recipe for penne with green asparagus, salsa ai funghi, ham strips and Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Wash the asparagus. Cut off the woody ends from the bottom and the rest into pieces of approx. 3 cm. Cook the asparagus in approx. 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Mix the pasta, asparagus, sauce and ham strips, heat well. Spread over the plates and sprinkle with grated cheese. Tasty with green salad.
