Directions

  1. Squeeze the garlic and grate the onion. Mix the curry powder in a bowl with the garlic, onion, sambal, pepper and oil.
  2. Rub the chicken drumsticks around with this masala. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around brown.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes lengthwise into coarse pieces and place them with the bay leaves between the chicken drumsticks in the frying pan.
  4. Add the water and season with salt. Bring to the boil and roast the chicken covered in 20-30 min. Gently cooked.
  5. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and halve them. Cook them in a pan with plenty of boiling water and a little salt in 10-15 minutes until done.
  6. Serve the masala chicken with the beans.
