French salad niçoise with eggs, green beans, cherry tomatoes, baguette, tuna, onion and olives.

Boil the green beans in plenty of boiling water with salt in approx. 8 minutes al dente.

Drain the beans and rinse with cold water in a colander and drain.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes and cut into pieces.

Halve the to and bake the baguette in the oven according to instructions on the packaging.

Drain the tuna and divide into pieces. Cut the onion into rings and press the garlic.

Mix the beans, tomato, tuna, onion, garlic and dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the salad over the plates and garnish with wedges of egg and olives. Serve the baguette.
