A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, iceberg lettuce, spring onions, freshly soured apple, lemon juice, sunflower bread, sandwich spread tuna (pot) and black pepper.

Iceberg lettuce and cut into strips.

Clean the forest onion and cut it into small rings.

Peel apple, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cover slices of bread with tuna spread.

Fry the spring onion, apple and iceberg lettuce over 4 slices.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Cover each slice with a second slice and cut it diagonally in half.

Pack sandwiches in a drum or plastic bag..
