Fresh pasta in spicy tomato sauce
A delicious Italian pasta with snow peas, Parmigiano Reggiano and roasted pine nuts.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds with a sharp knife and finely chop the flesh.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry stir-fry, red pepper, snow peas and cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes on medium heat.
