Fresh ribbon pasta with tomato and capers


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pappardelle (250 g), olive oil, anchovy fillets ((46 g), drained), onions (in rings), vine tomatoes ((5 pieces), in slices), capers (jar 100 g) , lemon juice and fresh parsley (chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the anchovies with the onion for 5 minutes on low heat.
  3. Add the slices of tomato and fry them on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the capers and season to taste with the lemon juice and pepper.
  5. Let the pasta drain well, scoop the pasta shades through the baked tomato and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Spoon the pasta into 4 deep plates, sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately..
