Fresh ribbon pasta with tomato and capers
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pappardelle (250 g), olive oil, anchovy fillets ((46 g), drained), onions (in rings), vine tomatoes ((5 pieces), in slices), capers (jar 100 g) , lemon juice and fresh parsley (chopped).

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the anchovies with the onion for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the slices of tomato and fry them on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.

Stir in the capers and season to taste with the lemon juice and pepper.

Let the pasta drain well, scoop the pasta shades through the baked tomato and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Spoon the pasta into 4 deep plates, sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately..
