Salad with eggs, taco shells, fennel, apple, beans, parsley, lamb's lettuce, Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes. Scare under cold running water, peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the taco shells according to the instructions on the package. Cut 1 fennel bulb and 1 fresh sweet apple into thin strips.
  3. Put bean mix in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Slice the leaves of the flat parsley.
  4. Mix the fennel, apple, beans and parsley with the lamb's lettuce and lemon olive oil in a large bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Saute the Parmesan cheese. Divide the egg tarts and cheese over the salad. Serve the salad in the taco shells.
