Spicy lasagna with chorizo
Italian oven dish with chorizo sausage, red pepper and green olives.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Grease the oven dish with oil.
Mix the mixture for lasagna sauce with the water.
Chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Cut the olives into slices.
Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and paprika for about 5 minutes. Add the sauce, olives and chorizo and simmer for approx. 1 min.
Fill the oven dish with a layer of sauce and lasagne sheets. Keep repeating this and finish with a layer of sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese over it and let the lasagne in the oven be done for about 25 minutes.
