Fresh stir fry of free-range chicken, broccoli, bok choy and noodles


This oriental stir-fry dish with chicken and vegetables is a real taste bomb: you taste spicy-spicy, sweet and fresh accents at the same time.

Directions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into strips.
  2. Slice the garlic and peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Bring a large pot of water with salt to the boil. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into strips. Cut the lime into 4 parts.
  4. When the water boils, add the noodles and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and drain in a colander.
  5. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the garlic, ginger and chicken strips 2 min. Add the broccoli, paprika, oyster sauce and 2 tbsp water and stir fry 5 min.
  6. Add the paksoi and stir fry for another 1 min. Add the noodles and warm for 1 min. Season with pepper. Serve with the wedges of lime.
